Pathway to Harmony Mind and Body Energy Revitalizer
This class was created to help participants minimize the affects of stress in their daily life and improve their general health through exercise and breathing meditation. Participants will enjoy the combination of relaxed breathing meditation, light stretching, Aikido, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Yoga exercise that loosens tense muscles, wakes up the energy centers of the body, promote good blood circulation, generates new energy, and reduces stress

The primary goals of the Pathway to Harmony Mind and Body Energy Revitalizer class is to provide participants with the opportunity to take a brief hiatus from the stresses of everyday life; show them how to renew their strength and increase their energy; and, provide them with information and techniques that can help them to literally change their lives. It’s our hope that participants in this class will use the skills they develop and the information provided to help them extend and enhance their quality of life.
